It doesn't look like it, but that's Gabriel. Shortly after being rescued by Okeen after her colony was attacked. Still not sure why a Turian spectre hopeful was helping at her colony in the first place, but he was. So there.

Anyway, she's maybe 13 here, I don't draw youth well. But she's still shaky on her feet and really shouldn't be able to walk. But she still made her way to c-sec, trying to find him.
